CareBit is a practice-management platform that helps medical teams run day-to-day operations and automate the repetitive parts. I led the complete product redesign, from information architecture through to the final UI.
I set up a design system on Tailwind CSS to keep the growing product consistent and fast to build, and ran an onboarding analysis that guided UX improvements across the platform.

Clinic staff move fast and hold a lot of context at once. The redesign set out to lower the cognitive load of everyday tasks — clear hierarchy, predictable layouts, and quiet UI — so the interface never competes with the patient in front of them.
Scattered channels — SMS, email, chat — became a single unified inbox, and multi-step setup was paired with inline guidance so admins understood each choice as they made it. Small explanatory panels do the teaching the UI would otherwise leave to a manual.
To keep a growing product consistent and fast to build, I stood up a design system on Tailwind CSS — tokens, components, and patterns that design and engineering could both speak. It turned one-off screens into a coherent product and made new features cheaper to ship.
