Orbital is a corporate financial-services platform focused on restricted markets, handling large international exchange and remittance. I designed a web-based product with a comprehensive design system spanning both customer and admin interfaces.

Orbital had to serve customers moving large sums and the internal team operating those transfers. I designed a single system spanning both the customer and admin interfaces, so the product felt unified while each side got the tools its job demanded.
Large international transfers carry real anxiety. Multi-step flows — select client, amount, beneficiary — use clear steppers and selectable account cards to keep each decision small and reversible, reducing the chance of a costly mistake.
On the admin side, routing and settlement surface the information operators actually weigh — routes, legs, rates, estimated cost — laid out for comparison. Grounding the flows in customer interviews and competitor research kept them honest about real operational and compliance needs.
